We have an experienced, well trained, and dedicated team. The current management staff averages over 20 years with the company. Our general labor work force averages over 15 years of service and are all full time employees. At over 30 years experience, Charles Baker has been with our company longer than any staff member. He recalls working side by side with Marjerie Merriweather Post at her private residence Mar A Largo, now home of Donald Trump's private club.
